How was the problem solved?

Cipher carried out an extensive cleaning project at Nan Tien Institute, meticulously restoring both the interior and exterior of the facility. The facade was treated with safe cleaning solutions, with WHS-trained staff using a 10.2m boom lift to effectively remove dirt, dust, and pollutants from all sides while preserving the building’s architectural features and surrounding landscape. Outdoor areas, including pathways, bridges, and loading docks, were pressure washed to eliminate buildup, with eco-friendly agents used on tougher stains. High dusting targeted hard-to-reach areas like vents, ceiling fans, and light fixtures, utilizing HEPA filter vacuums for allergen control. Windows across the building were cleaned to a streak-free shine with a Water-Fed Pole System that required no detergents, ensuring clarity and minimal environmental impact.
Inside, the concrete floor underwent restoration with polish and buffing to bring out a high-gloss finish, while carpets spread over four levels—including the museum, library, and classrooms—were steam cleaned with environmentally friendly solutions to remove deep-set stains and contaminants. Lastly, classrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas were thoroughly sanitized, with tiles scrubbing and grout cleaning, and high-touch surfaces were focused on to uphold a high standard of cleanliness throughout the institute.
